Photographed in Chobe National Park, Botswana
I've been posting photographs from my recent trip to Africa since May, 25th, 2012. I have so many shots to share, but I think it is time to post non-Africa, non-safari photographs. Thank you all very much for sticking with me through this journey. As you can probably tell, I had an incredible time with my camera in Africa and I learned quite a bit about wildlife photography. It is an extremely challenging and rewarding form of photography and I will forever look at wildlife photographs with a new appreciation for the hard work that goes into capturing these fleeting moments.
For those of you who are interested, I also shot HD video with my SLR camera and I put together a video highlighting this amazing trip. I did not have a steadycam device for my camera, so you will undoubtedly notice some shaky footage, but overall, I am very please with how the video turned out. Click here to watch the video.
If you enjoy my work you may visit my permanent website where you can view my photos.
Thank you for taking some time to take a look at my photographs. I hope you enjoy your stop at my blog.
I invite you all to visit frequently and leave comments and feedback. I would really appreciate constructive criticism that will help me improve. You don't need to be a photographer to help me, tell me what you like and don't like. If you have any suggestions of interesting things to shoot or fun techniques to try I'd also love to know.
