Elephants Crossing

Posted by Yonatan (New York, United States) on 21 July 2012 in Animal & Insect.

Photographed in Chobe National Park, Botswana

Elephants crossing the Chobe River from the Botswana side toward the Namibia side. Hard to believe, but our guides informed us that during the dry season the the water from this river is completely gone and animals are free cross without having to wade through the waters.
